氢对Fe基和Fe-Ni基金属玻璃磁性和杨氏模量的影响

使用大角转动张力磁化法研究了金属玻璃Fe_(80)Si_4B_4C_7,Fe_(39)Ni_(39)Si_8B_(12)Mn_2和(Fe_(30)Ni_(20))_(78)Si_(?)B_(14)三种样品渗氢及室温时效中磁化曲线和磁致伸缩系数λ_s 的变化,用动态测量方法研究了以上样品杨氏模量的变化。结果表明,含氢的金属玻璃饱和磁化强度M:下降,而各向异性常数增大,相应饱和磁致伸缩系数λ(?)减小,同时杨氏模量降低。

Ti-(Cu, Ni)-Sn合金形成金属玻璃的成分优化及其相关联的共晶反应

采用“3D法”, 系统地研究了Ti-(Cu1-xNix)-Sn(0.20≤x≤0.30, 原子分数, 下同) 四元合金的玻璃 形成能力对成分变化的依赖性. 确定玻璃形成能力最佳的合金为Ti38Cu37.8Ni16.2Sn8,Cu模吸铸形成金属玻璃 棒材的临界直径接近1 mm.该金属玻璃的过冷液态温度区间宽度ΔTx为56 K, 约化玻璃转变温度T rg为0.57. 对电弧熔炼Ti38Cu37.8Ni16.2Sn8合金微观结构的研究表明,合金熔体的凝固主要经历伪二元共晶反应:L→ Ti5Sn3Cu+TiCuNi.

压痕过程中非晶Cu形变诱导晶化行为的原子模拟

采用Mishin镶嵌原子势,通过分子动力学方法模拟了非晶铜在压痕作用下的应力晶化行为,考察了压痕过程中能量、应力与微观结构演化的关系。局部塑性变形区域出现微小晶核,随着变形的增加,晶粒不断发生生长与合并,局部塑性变形导致晶粒成核、生长与合并的根本原因。最终生成的晶粒具有面心立方结构,其(111)方向密排面平行于剪切面,非晶相中的纳米晶粒能提高非晶材料的刚度。

退火变脆Fe_(75)Si_(10)B_(15)金属玻璃的脆韧性转变

研究了机械研磨对退火变脆Fe_(75)Si_(10)B_(15)金属玻璃的弛豫过程,晶化行为及脆韧性转变的影响。发现退火变脆的Fe_(75)Si_(10)B_(15)金属玻璃,经不同时间机械研磨,Curie温度T_C逐渐回落,总的弛像焓ΔH_?逐渐回升。在DSC曲线上观察到明显的玻璃转变温度T_(g_1)和一个附加的宽放热峰T_(x_1),随着研磨时间的增加,T_(x_1),T_(x_1),T_C同步降低,与T_(x_1)对应的放热面积ΔH_(x_1)逐渐增大,并在片状粒子表面形成切变带以及与其对应的剪切带,玻璃在退火过程中失掉的韧性逐渐得到恢复。

陶瓷颗粒增强Mg65Cu20Zn5Y10块体金属玻璃复合材料

在块体玻璃形成合金Mg65Cu20Zn5Y10中添加10%(体积分数)的SiC 或15% 的TiB2陶瓷颗粒, 经铜模浇铸形成块体金属玻璃复合材料. 这些第二相颗粒的引入对基体合金的玻璃形成能力未产生明显的不良影响. 陶瓷第二相颗粒弥散分布于金属玻璃基体上. 复合材 料的轴向压缩断裂强度达到1 GPa, 为Mg65Cu20Zn5Y10块体金属玻璃的1.2倍. Mg65Cu20Zn5Y10块体金属玻璃的断裂发生于弹性形变阶段, 断裂前几乎观察不到塑性形变. 与之相对照, 含有TiB2颗粒的复合材料断裂前可表现出约0.9%的塑性应变.

EFFECT OF PRE-ANNEALING ON CRYSTALLIZATION KINETICS OF Cu-Ti GLASS

The crystallization kinetics of the Cu_(40)Ti_(60) glasses,either as-quenched or pre-annealed,has been studied by differential scanning calorimetry.The crystallization temperature,activation energy for crystallization and Avrami exponent were found to be lowered by the pre-an- nealing.Both activation energies of nucleation and growth of the amorphous CuaoTi_(60) are ob- tained on the basis of experimental results and theoretical analysis.

INFLUENCE OF PURIFICATION ON GLASS FORMABILITY AND THERMOSTABILITY OF METALLIC GLASS Ni_(75)B_(17)Si_8

The glass formability of Ni_(75)B_(17)Si_8 melt and the thermostability of this metallic glass formed from the the melt can be enhanced by eliminating the heterogeneous catalystg. The purification was done by cyclical superheating melt in special glasses and subsequently cyclically superheating it in an electromagnetic levitation apparatus. The purified Ni_(75)B_(17)Si_8 amorphous sample sized up to 20 ~ I0 x 0.5 mm was prepared as four times the thickness of unpurified ones.

BRITTLE-DUCTILE TRANSITION OF ANNEALEMBRITTLED Fe_(75)Si_(10)B_(15)METALLIC GLASS

Studies were made of the effect of mechanical pulverization on relaxation,crystallization and brittle-ductile transition of the anneal-embrittled Fe_(75)Si_(10)B_(15) metallic glass rib- bon.Results show that the Curie temperature,T_C,decreases and the total enthalpy of relaxation increases gradually with variation of pulverized time.DSC traces reveal an extra exothermic peak,T_X_1,and a distinct glass transition endothermic peak,T_g_1,with increasing pulverized time,T_C,T_X_1,and T_g_1 decrease simultaneously,and the exother- mic peak area corresponding to T_X_1 increases gradually.The surface slip-steps of flaky particles and their corresponding shear are produced by pulverizing the pre-embrittled amorphous glass.The lost ductility of the glass may restore during annealing.

块体金属玻璃剪切带相关压缩塑性形成机制研究

研究了Vit1块体金属玻璃在不同压缩载荷下的塑性变形行为和对应的剪切带斑图演化规律.基于机械约束模型,采用高分辨透射电子显微镜对约束载荷下金属玻璃剪切带斑图的形成及演化规律和压缩塑性形成机制进行了分析.结果表明,压缩裁荷下机械约束是多重剪切带形成的诱因,纳米晶粒的形成进一步增强了多重剪切带的形成,进而增强金属玻璃的压缩塑性变形能力,对理解块体金属玻璃在约束裁荷下剪切带斑图的演化规律、塑性变形行为和进行压力加工提供了有价值的参考.
