在中性气氛及1473K的温度下,通过测定试样的失重及其组成,研究了SnS从SnO—FeO—SiO_2和SnO—FeO—CaO-SiO_2两种炉渣(混以FeS)中挥发的速率。研究表明,在硫化烟化过程中,SnO的挥发与SnS相比可以忽略不计,在炉渣中增加CaO可以加快SnS的挥发速率,挥发的微分速率方程可以表示为: -d(%Sn)/dt=k(%Sn)(%S)其中表观速率常数k分别为4.20×10~(-3)(SnO-FeO-CaO-SiO_2)和2.88×10~(-3)(SnO-FeO-SiO_2)

用X射线照相座滴法测量了Cu-Fe-S系冰铜与FeO-CaO-SiO_2-MgO系炉渣之间的界面张力。实验结果的相对误差为5-9%。讨论了1200℃下炉渣中FeO/SiO_2的重量比值、渣中CaO,Fe_3O_4,ZnO及CaF_2含量对渣-锍界面张力的影响,考察了冰铜品位、温度与渣-锍界面张力间的关系。计算了渣-锍系的浮游系数和膜系数,对O,Fe由渣相向冰铜相的传输机理作了探讨。

研究了高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿时Ti(C,N)的生成规律以及高钛渣中MnO对TiO_2的影响。结果表明,高钛渣中MnO对抑制TiO_2还原在渣-焦处作用不大,而主要在渣-铁处,渣中含MnO4%左右,碱度0.6—1.2能显著抑制Ti(C,N)的生成,(MnO)在一定条件下还能显著抑制(SiO_2)的还原,加速脱硫反应。

本文以Sn作为金属熔剂,石墨作为还原剂用,“渣-金”化学平衡法在1500和1550℃下,测定了MgO-B_2O_3二元系熔渣中Mgo的活度,并采用α函数积分法求得了该二元系熔渣中B_2O_3的活度。此外,由B_2O_3和MgO的活度数据估算了复合化合物2MgO·B_2O_3和3MgO·B_2O_3的标准生成自由能。

Under inert atmospheres and 1473 K,the evaporation rate of SnS from SnO-FeO- SiO_2 and SnO-FeO-CaO-SiO_2 slags mixed with FeS was investigated by measuring the weight Ioss and composition of samples.The experimental results show that dur- ing sulfide fuming process the evaporation of SnOfrom slags is negligible in comparison with that of SnS.Addition of CaOto slags can enhance the evaporation rate of SnS.The differential rate equation of evaporation may be expressed as: -d(%Sn)/dt=k(%Sn)(%S) where,the apparent rate constant k was found to be 4.20×10~(-3) for SnO-FeO-CaO- SiO_2 system and 2.88×10~(-3) for SnO-FeO-SiO_2 system,respectively.

In accordance with the coexistence theory of slag structure and slag phase diagrams,the thermodynamic calculation models of MnO-TiO2 and FeO-Fe2 O3-TiO2 slag melts have been deduced. It is shown from the calculated results that, (1) the calculated mass action concentmtions NMno are in good agreement with the measured activities aMnO for MnO-TiO2 slag melt, and (2) the calculated oxidising capabilitg values NFetO are consistent with the obserred results aFeto for FeO-Fe2O3-TiO2 slag melt.Furthermore, the changes of mass action concentrations NFeO with the compositionsof MnO-FeO-TiO2 ternary slag system are estimated based on the thermodynamic data of binary slags.

The interfacial tension between FeO-CaO-SiO_2-MgO system slag and Cu-Fe-S system matte was determinated by the X-ray radiograph sessile drop method.The effects of FeO/SiO_2 ratio in the slag,contents of CaO,FeO,ZnO and CaF_2 in the slag on interracial tension and the relation of inter facial tension with the grade of matte and temperature have been studied.The floatation coefficient and film coefficient of slag-matte system has been calculated and the mechanism of the transition of iron and oxygen from slag to matte has also been discussed.

Equilibrium between liquid iron containing Nb with Nb_2O5-MnO-SiO_2 slag was investigated at 1828 K,the solid electrolyte oxygen concentration cell being used to measure the activity of oxygen in the metal bath.The activity of Nb_O_5 and MnO in the slag was evaluated, accompanied with an iso-activity diagram of a_(Nb_2O_5) and a_(MoO) in Nb_2O_5-MnO-SiO_2 slay.
