FE-57 MOSSBAUER STUDY OF EU1-XSRXFEO3-Y

The samples of Eu1-xSrxFeO3-y (x = 0.0-1.0) were prepared by the solid state reaction method. Their X-ray diffraction patterns and Fe-57 Mossbauer spectra at room temperature were measured. It is found that Sr ions incorporate in the lattice of EuFeO3, the change of crystal structure is related to the dopant. Fe-57 Mossbauer spectra consist of one magnetic, one doublet and one single paramagnetic components. The Fe ions in the cubic phase are in intermediate valence state between Fe(III) and Fe(IV) and may participate in electron hopping.

在星地量子密钥分发中,两个合法用户Alice和Bob通过星地链路窗口完成密钥分发.密钥分发后Alice和Bob拥有不一致的密钥序列X、Y,双方通过理想公共授权信道传送部分信息序列,得到一致的密钥序列,这一过程称为数据协调中的密钥纠错.在密钥纠错中,理想公共授权信道传输的信息序列是X经编码产生的校验序列,要求密钥序列的编码模块所占FPGA资源少,编码速度快.提出了一种基于FPGA和Turbo码的编码方案,其占用FPGA资源少,编码速度快,可根据需要选择编码码率.
