高碳钢盘条的常见缺陷分析

通过对高碳钢盘条中出现的缩孔、块状和网状碳化物、白亮带、非金属夹杂物、马氏体组织等各种缺陷进行宏观观察、金相分析、硬度测试以及电镜观察，探讨了盘条发生拉拔断裂的各种原因，并提出了相应的预防措施。
